INTANGIBILITY
Deadman can move through all figures and obstacles such as ruins and is never attacked when leaving an engagement. Deadman cannot be targeted by opponents’ non-adjacent figures for any attack or for any opponents’ special powers that require clear sight.

SPIRITUAL POSSESSION
After moving and before attacking, you may choose a Unique Hero figure adjacent to Deadman. Roll the 20-sided die. If you roll a 9 or higher, you may possess the chosen figure. Place Deadman on the possessed Army Card and remove all Order Markers. When revealing an Order Marker on this card, you must instead take a turn with the possessed figure. After taking a turn with a possessed figure, you may place Deadman on any space adjacent to the possessed figure. An opponent can never place Order Markers on a possessed figure.

BODY RECLAMATION
After taking a turn with a possessed figure, roll the 20-sided die. If you roll a 14 or higher, you must immediately place Deadman adjacent to the possessed figure.

Yes, only active Allies and All-Star Allies with at least 15 points are eligible to be nominated. That's the bad news, the good news is that johnny is a Hero now and so he can run that design at any time. In the meantime, you feel free to nominate another design if you'd like.

Well Dex is nominated and Dok isn't available for Magik...so I'm surpirsed with Waller being released no one has brought up these guys...

I nominate @bsbush7690 ARGUS Agents

His official post says he only has 5 points but I think that is wrong. He subtracted 15 points for the nomination of these Agents but you only subtract the points when the design is started so he actually has 20 points if I'm not mistaken.

Also there are a few points he is owed that I hadn't informed him from Photos...I'll get on that.
