@A3n can you point me to the Hero oversight part of the rules and goals? I don't see it.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

I’d like to see a bit more detail about how and when this vote would take place and I would like to know that the Heroes support this direction before we require it of ourselves and have no way to enact it.
