It is not the printer though as far as I can tell. It is something in Photoshop that is doing it.

The legal sized test sheet in PDF prints fine. If I overlay the map, everything on test sheet portion remains in scale but all the hexes are too big.

How I understand it (limited, so apologies if I mess anything up) the jpeg printed out all the hexes on a single 8.5 x 11 standard printer sheet, but the PDF cut off the hexes at the bottom for some reason, so a conversion to 8.5 x 14 paper was needed.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Ok, so I think we are fine here.
I tried printing to PDF and then printed that, still too big. Then I tried 'Redice to Printer Margins'.
Bingo. Perfectly sized on 8.5x11 with no cut off.

Opened up an old PDF and tried that. Also worked.
So Bats can you try that on your end to confirm?

I need to print the art, so I can give it a try. Just point me to the file you want printed, too many floating around at the moment and I don't want to print the wrong one. I may need to replace the colored ink cartridge soon after looking at the last elevator print out, but I think I have extra already on hand.

Yep the linked PDFs except the Elevator one.
I need to update that with the latest elevator art with flaps. Which is done, I just need to send it to tickle.
If it all works out we should be good. I could still try to combine the roof into a 8.5x14 file and make it two long pages instead of four short.

Okay, I'll start printing them one at a time. Going to do the stairs and door makers, then the first floor, then the second floor, last the roof. Download them to my laptop before printing correct?
