Re: The Book of Elevator Car - VOTE for On Deck
Neat!
Yeah they are surprisingly sturdy but don’t lean on them! ![]() C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Re: The Book of Elevator Car - VOTE for On Deck
So as part of the packaging for the bookshelf includes a double thick rectangle of cardboard. It's thick enough to stand up okay all on it's own and fits on the shelf. I was thinking it could work as a nice wall/divider for people to play around with. Just slap some art printouts on either side. It's long enough that you could maybe put a door image on either side and if you bought 2 or more of the bookshelves, together you could make a separate room (one wall would be the open wall so you could still reach in and move figures around easily enough, the 4th wall would be the building wall).
I'm guessing Bats threw it away a long time ago, but any interest in this idea for those who will be buying them after release? |

Re: The Book of Elevator Car - VOTE for On Deck
Also trying to figure out something I can do with the card board backing piece that I left out during assembly. It's a nice big square of white cardboard. Thinking I may put a Helipad printout on one side, then I can put it on the roof sometimes, or flip it over and have something else on that side. It's a little bigger than the roof along one edge so I'd need to trim it to fit.

Re: The Book of Elevator Car - VOTE for On Deck
Having 2nd thoughts on the cardboard wall idea. It stands okay by itself, but then falls over really easily since it's just a straight wall. I think it would just get knocked over a bunch during game play without a T shape, and that would require a little more work.

Re: The Book of Elevator Car - VOTE for On Deck
I think that was the backing that I used to cut support wedges.
Since there's a tutorial here, I'm assuming it's still under the purview of the Terrain Makers, and everything is in place as far as I can tell, so that vote for On Deck is still on, but I'll mention the appropriate parties: @A3n - yea @quozl - yea @Tornado - C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Re: The Book of Elevator Car
T mentioned he did another elevator image (I believe with the fold overs) based on the measurements I provided. I can give it a test run today on another cereal box. Not sure exactly where to find that file though.
