the 4th Mass card states that. =If none of the 4th Massachusetts Line move this turn, add 1 die to their attack.

now does this mean that for each turn they dont move they gain an attack or for that turn if they don't move they gain an attack

That turn only, it's not cumulative.

As a little side note, I finally picked up the 4th Mass at my hometown Target!!! I have been after them since January, and finally found them. Yay for me!
