My understanding is that you would "read" the left box as [Personality Species Class], just because on how grammar works.

THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT'S COST, BALANCE, & DRAFTABILITY: Worth noting that they were up against builds that didn't have great squad-busting tools; didn't think it would be very informative to run them against Punisher and see them get lit up. So their results look a bit strong here. They're also streaky just by the nature of the Self-Duplication power. Hitting it once multiplies your chances to hit it again.

Absolutely still worth grabbing as filler in Criminal builds at 3 Defense. Annoying tie-down that moves for free.

Nah, I was rolling pretty hot on the blanks for them. If they were still 4 defense there'd be an issue, but I think they're OK as is.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

I really know nothing about them, I was just teasing since I know they’ve been deemed strong along the way. I haven’t actually checked out what all they do yet.
