Apparently some tiles or some pictures turn blue for him (you can see the glyphs are blue in the picture above) and he's trying to figure it out.

My guess is he hasn't yet figured out how to do levels. I don't see a map in the last couple of pages with anything on the second level. Even the trees look like they're on Level 0.

Hey Heroscaper 101,
@superfrog
just posted a great instructional thread on how to easily share your maps and images to this site. I imagine that the reason your maps are turning blue has to do with either where the images are being hosted or what type of file you’re saving your images under (i.e. jpg, png, gif). The issue you’re having is probably a simple fix, so definitely check out that thread!

Something is odd with the graphics. The red and blue are reversed from the map, and there is curious blue shading on some of the hexes displayed in the graphic you posted here.
That aside, it looks like the blue (or red, if you're looking at the build instructions) has faster access to both height and glyphs. And the use of line of sight blockers, particularly the big one, does not seem to add anything to the map. |
