Engagement strikes??

I know if you are engaged with an opponent that you can not attack something else. What if you are attacking a figure #1 and then a different figure #2 comes up and attacks you. Can you continue attacking figure #1 when it is your turn again even though Figure #2 has attacked you??

Yes.

If you're engaged to something, you can attack any figure with which you're engaged.

(If for some reason you had actually made a ranged attack against figure 1, and then figure 2 ran up to you, engaging you, then you could not attack figure 1 until you were no longer engaged to figure 2).

Wardmagic, Just want to make sure that you understand, you can attack any figure you are engaged with no matter the order by which you become engaged, and as it was pointed out, you can make a ranged non-adjacent attack to figure 1 but not if you are engaged to any other figure.

Yeah, that's part of why a lot of us believe that the engagement rules are important.
