Nice pick. Umbrella Academy is adapted really well. Seems promising.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

They have digital editions of the original "Way of the Warrior" series as a reward also, so it's easy to start from the beginning. All of the C3G designs are based on the Way of the Warrior, so it's a good place to catch up on those.

Gonna play a "King of the Hill" type game mode in a few weeks. There is gonna be a big toilet bowl style map. The farther down in the depths of the bowl your heroes are the more points they will earn. You'll also be able to get points for wounding enemies. I'm pretty excited about this one!

I made an inverted hill map for one of the map contests a while back, it didn't do very well, but if you are looking for some map building help I can point you to it.
