It is a pain that some of those will have to be removed from the scenery.

I think I'll stick with just one set unless the game is such a flop that they become dirt cheap, but I doubt it. Too many Alien fans will be buying these for the Aliens RPG/Boardgame and other uses.

Selling them for $20 would be about right (since they have to deal with licensing fees, etc), but that would make too much sense. :P

Here is a better photo of the set from the San Diego Comic Con 2006:



You can clearly see that one of the aliens is the "hero" alien from the film with the Predator net damage.

The buy it by the brick promo figure for the next set of figures "The Lab" will be a "cloaking" Predator that will go nicely with this set.

It has been confirmed by Wizkids in their forums that the Alien Queen will be released as part of their AvP licensing:

By the way, it only dawned on me today that Inquest spoiled something they shouldn't have and I announced it at the Envoy Appreciation Night at Gen Con, but not here to you guys.

The three releases for AVP: Alien Vs. Predator will be:

AVP: Aliens
AVP: Predators

and...

AVP: Alien Queen!

More details are coming, but I did want to make it official.

Hmm.... Did they tell my I can't talk about it? I know it was an envoy only event, but I don't remember them telling me I couldn't say anything about what they talked about. I mean after all, they didn't really tell us anything too specific.


Perhaps I should just keep it to myself until they make an officail annoucement?

Don't take this personal, but I think that attitude harms the community.

The vast majority of the time, insider information should be distributed to the fanbase, without fail.
