Tell Walmart you want 'Scape!

I was reading through the post "Wizards of the Coast beats Walmart at its own Game" and wondered if anyone has thought of starting some sort of writing campaign to Walmart and the other big retailers to let them know the extent of the interest in Heroscape being carried by their stores. It seems that with all of the interest expressed on here, and with the news from the post about Walmart coming back to Wizards because of the interest that 'Scapers have shown in telling local stores, that maybe a massive writing campaign would have an influence on them stocking not just small expansions, but everything--maybe even picking up some more exclusives.

I personally just wrote to them at their headquarters (http://walmartstores.com/), and mentioned how much I'd spent on 'Scape in the last year and about how I'd like to see all the items (lg. and sm. expansions, Master sets) on the shelves again--including some more exclusives like EOV and some that TRU used to carry. I told them that they could really become THE place for all things 'Scape.

What do you all think? Any suggestions? How to proceed?

This would be great. A couple weeks ago my walmart stopped carrying scape. I was extremely disappointed. Then I saw the Walmart carrying HeroScape again thread and I truly was elated.

Your idea might work. If it does, my local Walmart might make a fortune from the Heroscape that I buy.

Even better IMO would be a campaign to get Scape back into Target and/or TRU.

I'm thinking Walmart could definitely pick up the old TRU exclusives--if that's possible. Also, I don't see why not bug TRU or Target until they stock 'Scape again.

I would hope that TRU would allow Wal-Mart to sell the flagbearers. I really want them. And, maybe if they do, WOTC could make one for also.

I thought the goal of WotC was to make scape a better product for FLAGS. If we want it in big-box-stores aren't we hurting our small time suppliers?

Do we stand divided? WotC wants FLAGS to have scape, but we want it in WMs, Targets and TRUs. Are we working against ourselves?

Don't get me wrong I'm all for my local WM carrying scape again, but I'd like to see my FLAGS actually start carrying it before WM does again.

If WM bought all the wave 9 will our FLAGS be totally scapeless?

I honestly don't care who sells heroscape as long as they sell it.

#1....... FLGS have higher prices
#2....... its more convenient if WM,TRU,and Target carry it
#3....... not many people have a FLGS around them, including myself
