It is true, if you use him right. You could keep Cyprein eight spaces away from the group of 4th, then have any of your other figures attack any of their other figures. At the end of the round, they will most likely place the order markers on the figure getting attacked, or someone who could kill their attackers. Then, you swoop in with Cyprein and take out up to six fourth mass.

If someone is playing a true 4th/10th army (3-4+ squads) their markers are going to be on them. Cyprien flies in (from out of range) and most likely kills 1 member of the squad. On thier next turn, they WTF Cyprien dealing 3-4 wounds (more than likely). Cyprien tries to either kill again or runs away. If he sticks around he'll probably die on his next turn.

So can you please tell me how that is effective?

Ummm, he could stealth fly out of the group of 4th, and eat some of his own figures.

I also said that it would be a bad idea if there were lots of order markers on the 4th.

Ok, but he still only managed to kill (at most) 2 figure before taking 3+ wounds. If you do leave to eat your own figures you give the 4th/10th player free turns and do their killing for them.

Cyprien is not good against 4th/10th. It's not impossible but it is a horrible match up for him.

Cyprien may not be the "best" figure to take out the 4th, but if you use him right, he can.

Yes. But they won't if the player's other figures are being attacked. Cyprein could start eating the opponents other figures, so they would have to take turns instead of the 4th mass. Then Cyprein swoops in on the 4th for that round and kills up to 6 of them.
