Re: Heroscaper 101 custom playtest [Updated]

Tbf, it only has about a 16.6% chance of triggering that. Chance of rolling 2 skulls is 25% and chance of not rolling a shield is 2/3 of that. Still, even if she doesn’t get the autokill, she has the chance to basically completely bypass his defense and counterstrike. I’m thinking she’ll trend closer to 300 points based on potential alone.

Counterstrike only effects Normal Attacks from adjacent figures, so it would not be effective since it was a Special Attack. The only thing Charos had in the game was that high life counter. Bramcephyrs costs 230, so 300 points will put that cyclops to shame.

Re: Heroscaper 101 custom playtest [Updated]

Yeah I realized after I posted that Counterstrike would be negated by any special attack. Still, the point still stands that she stands a pretty good chance of dealing serious damage to Charos, if not killing him completely. I'm not saying she'll be 300, but that maybe she'll be closer to 300 than 200.

You may make it between 250 to 295 or something. This custom hero may be a match for the Marvel heroscape and the C3G. The C3G has alot of tanks in it, androids might be like soulborgs, I am sure what species is in the C3G.

Re: Heroscaper 101 custom playtest [Updated]

Nah, you can make it whatever points you want it to be. I was just taking a guess.

This Hero might be even crazier against C3G characters. We have a Hero that cost 2500 points, imagine being able to autokill him. You should probably just stick to balancing her for Classic.

Charos was the first tank I put Serena against a 9 life hero and ending Charos life on the second hit, it was instant death.

Re: Heroscaper 101 custom playtest [Updated]

Sounds like 200 is a bit low. Killing Bram in a lucky hit pretty much meant she instantly did 230 points of damage. Maybe try bumping her cost up to 230?
