Attention: All ScapeCon participants -- We need final payment ($135 sent to OEAO's new paypal address; check your PMs) by July 1, 2021. There will be a $25 late charge for any payments received after that date. Any money from late charges will be used to purchase additional food/beverage for attendees, so at least the late charge will be put to good use.

Look for a T-Shirt sizing thread shortly.

Attention -- for anyone signing up after July 1, the cost will be $360 in order to keep it fair for those paying late (but who have signed up and paid the initial deposit on time.) Also, anyone signing up after July 1, may not receive a T-Shirt. OEAO will be meeting/speaking with the T-Shirt printer this week and we will announce a T-Shirt cutoff date to allow for printing and pick-up.
Again, all extra money will be used to improve food and beverage offerings at the Con.

A reminder that if you plan to book a room at the hotel, you will want to do so by 6/28 as the hotel will be releasing the rooms from our block on that date, and you may not be able to get the group rate of $129/night.

no later than that *shaking finger* I've got a family reunion I'm leaving for on Saturday and wanna bring the released maps for testing with Dad and Nephew.
