!Custom Master Set Project! - Card Art Thread
CMSP Card Art Thread Polling Rules for Card Art: A Surgeon is the guy who makes the cards for the Custom Master Set Project. As the Surgeon completes a potential card, they start a poll in which they should keep track of votes for and against. They will just make the poll in this thread so as to avoid accidental double threads over the same topic. They will also determine a deadline for all votes and if they choose to, they can make a maximum amount of votes count(for example only the first 15 voters will be counted). The Surgeon creating the card must know that "cheating the polls" will be handled by the immediate& permanent banning of said Surgeon by flameslayer93. He doesn't play around with stuff like that. Voting Rules for Card Art: The Surgeon who made the card does not get to vote on it! Surgeons get to have a power of 2 on their vote(but are still only considered to be 1 voter). All votes are posted on this thread, do not post them elsewhere! Everyone else gets 1 vote.
