I was looking through the custom terrain forum and someone linked this site in like page 5 or 6. So I checked it out and found the miniatures section and was blown away! The pictures are kinda big so look in the spoiler!

I don't think they are. I just looked at the Modern Military figures. The caption describes them this way:

Armorcast=previously aligned with Games Workshop=unpainted plastic on a sprue.

Sorry for the bad news guys. Though those minis are beautiful.
