Yeah I was kinda afraid we had already done it somewhere. Totally didn't even catch it here myself, only picked up on it later in the MotU thread.

I don't think it explodes anything, but having that in the ecosystem means abilities can't assume there's only one activation happening at a time.

Relevant for stuff like Magnetic Throw Defense that applies to the current activation; that's not clearly scoped when one activation is happening in the middle of another.

So could if be sovled by changing the wording from

During the ordered activation of a Unique Hero in the Hydra or Maggia faction, instead of their move or attack phase, you may activate a Dreadnought. Once per round, if you lost initiative, you may instead activate 2 Dreadnoughts. You may not activate additional figures this turn.

To:

Gotta include the italics, as each Uncommon Hero has its own card. I changed "their" to "its" as well to keep consistent with the singular Unique Hero callout. With that, looks good.
