Unit Summary

General Flow:
R1: Superboy puts a wound on Reed, and Torch and Thing team up to take out Krypto. Jon ekes out a wound on Torch after a bad defense toll (2 skulls vs 1 shield).
R2: Supers win initiative and gang up on Torch, taking him out. Superman’s reroll saves Jon from being one-shot by Sue. Reed finishes off Jon. Kon and Supes take out Sue. Kon then brings a Supes roll up from 2 skulls to 4 allowing for a wound on Reed.
R3: Superboy pushes Reed down to set up for Guardian. SB gets a solid hit in, then Ka’s (again) botched attack gets salvaged by Kon for the kill on Reed). And then a third time Kal butchers an attack, only for Kon to immediately save it and still get a wound in (2 skulls v one shield). Supes takes a wound to rock wall when he finally manages to roll well on offense.
R4: Kal and Kon take out Thing.
General thoughts: Fan 4 couldn’t roll defense to save their life. At least 4 instances of wounds being dealt on attacks with 2 or 3 skulls. Guardian didn’t do much here, other than some early defense bonus for Kon (which seemed to help some, if nothing else it discouraged him getting attacked which was kinda the point).
Unit Summary:
R1 T1: Moves up after Superboy’s turn, Acrobatic Leap allows him to keep up.
R3 T1: Moves with Detail, no wound on Reed.

Who won and how many wounds did they have? Superman Family wins. Kal with 3 wounds, Kon with no wounds, Guardian unwounded.

Abilities: Added to 3 defense rolls, where Lana took no wounds.

General Flow:
R1: Lana wins a roll off near end of round that allows her to yank Storm from Xavier’s protection. Beast hits Guardian and Cyclops gets wounds on Kon, Kal, and Lois.
R2: Initiative Supers. Superman kills Storm with a buff from Jimmy. Lana knocks Beast back to prevent easy OM removal, but Angel facilitates it. OM lost on Superwoman.
R3: Beast takes out the 1 on Supes, but fails to hit Guardian and Lana. Jean knocks SB down to 1 life. Jean kills Superboy, but Kelex saves the OM. Cyclops gets 1 more on Lois. Guardian bashes Beast in the face for a wound.
R4: Jean throws Kal and Cyclops kills Lois. Guardian misses a shield smack on Cyclops. Beast kills Guardian. Kal is on the verge of death, as is Lana.
R5: Lana and Kal go down.
R6: Professor X blocks a dangerous Sonic bark, but then Krypto manages to kill the Professor in an all skulls attack.
R7: Krypto kills Jean, but Angel kills Krypto.
R8: Phoenix kills Kelex.
General thoughts: Decent game where ultimately I probably didn’t do quite enough playing to some of the autowounds in play. Still, the game helped give feedback for the planned change which I will add to later. He’s just more of a target himself rather than acting as a deterrent protector in this state, but planned update should I help a lot I think. Also Krypto had a silly streak there at the end, wow.
Unit Summary:
R1 T2: Moves up with Lana.
R3 T2: Hits with Detail, wound on Beast.

Who won and how many wounds did they have? XMen win. Phoenix unwounded, Angel with 1 life left.

Thanks! SP updated and links updated in the OP. Please go ahead and make a separate post when you add the test for the new version, as it'll be easier to arrange in the OP that way.

Updated Cadmus Security to only work with Unique Heroes that have two species rather than all Heroes that have two species. Didn't see a need to keep Spirit of Vengeance Red Hulk in the fold.

You can still bond Venom with people to put them in his security detail though. Technically you could make him part of his own security detail that way, but that wouldn't really break anything.

I have zero issue with Venom getting people in from a theme standpoint. I think that's a fun little crossover that makes total sense.

Slightly tweaked the language in Protective Patrol to try to prevent it from activating multiple times from one figure's movement:

PROTECTIVE PATROL
If an opponent's figure ends its movement on a space within 5 spaces of one or more figures in Guardian’s Security Detail, you may immediately move Guardian. If Guardian moves at least one space this way, you may roll an unblockable attack die against one figure he is engaged with.

Here's a test with your update. May need a point bump, or at least maybe only getting the unblockable once a turn. He's definitely fun and he feels real protective, he can just be running around quite a lot against multiple turn foes if he has a lot to protect.

General Flow:
R1: Jon and Krypto take a few early wounds from XMen range.
R2: Superman goes after Xavier to burn the X Marker early. Guardian shields the Supers quite well this turn, gets a hit on Deadpool that sets up Superboy to kill the mutant. Superboy hits Xavier for 1, Angel runs the Professor away, but Guardian gets another hit on him, setting up Kal to come in. Kal safely leaves engagement, but a bad roll triggers Superboy to move, risking 3 Leaving engagement attacks (only one wound received) getting the kill on Xavier.
R3: Superman hits Wolverine for 2, and Lana causes an auto on Iceman. Iceman goes after Lana (hoping to remove an OM) but Guardian runs up to protect. Iceman continues focus on Lana, getting a wound but failing to remove the OM. Lana puts 1 on Wolverine and Angel. Superman finishes Wolverine, costing the XMen turns 2 and 3. Angel does move Iceman back, but is hit by Guardian in the process. Superboy one-shots Domino. Superman kills Iceman.
R4: Angel whiffs and dies.

General thoughts: Guardian became a nasty defender here. He pairs quite well with the defensive reroll Clark provides, and was hitting that quite well. He disengaged 3-4 times without taking any wounds, and somehow managed to survive a multitude of attacks. Definitely an anomaly I think, but worth noting as he can move a whole lot when he has a big lab to defend.

Unit Summary:
R1 T3: Moves up when Deadpool moves closer, hits him for 1 (heals at end of turn), then tanks 2 shots from Deadpool.
R2 T1: Moves into engagement with Iceman, not hit by LEA, no wound dealt. Moves again (no LEA) to block Deadpool.
R2 T2: Moves up when Angel repositions Xavier, 1 wound on Deadpool, sets up a kill on Deadpool. Moves to protect Lana and Kon.
R2 T3: Moves on reactive Angel move, hitting Xavier for 1.
R3 T1: Moves to protect Superwoman, hits Iceman.
R3 T2: Chases down Angel for a wound.

Who won and how many wounds did they have? Superman Family wins. Kal with and Guardian no wounds. Jon, Lana, and Kon with 2 wounds, Krypto with 2 wounds.

R1: Harbingers take some wounds, none dealt to Supers.
R2: Sting Scream lockdown wrecks the Kryptonians, as they can’t do much to fight back as Guardian is taken out and Superman is knocked to 1 life left.
R3: Renegades lead the round and Pete locks down Superman. Faith tosses Superwoman away, Pete blocks Superboy’s attack and Faith throws Superboy to his death. Ion kills Superman.
R4: Pete blocks the shot on Ion that would have gotten him killed with the auto. Torque kills Superwoman.

General thoughts: The potential autowounds are nice, but really only nice when they pay off. Super family got absolutely massacred here, as they just never got the change to finish off Pete.
Unit Summary:
R1 T3: Reactive move up when Pete comes close (can’t make it because of the locked in movement range.
R2 T1: Reacts, moves up but misses Pete, reacts again, takes a passing swipe, misses Pete again. Killed by Torque.

Who won and how many wounds did they have? Renegades win. Pete with 3 wounds, Ion with 1 wound, Faith, Torque and Kris unwounded. Kris 1 marker left.

Thematically should this happen more than once per turn? He could potentially move 15-20 spaces a turn (obviously not likely but possible). If that’s limited it might keep his cost lower if we’re looking at a bump.

I could limit it to once per Player turn, but as it is I kind of like that if the enemy is aggressive, he can mirror their aggression. Engagements should hold him in check to an extent.

As a first stab at depowering it a tad, though, I updated the SP to have it trigger on movement within 4 spaces of him and to make him have a static move of 4 for the patrol.
