I've got to tell you, Amish, I'm not an actuary or an engineer and I don't play one on TV. It sounds great, but I don't have the energy or drive to do anything that complicated.

I think that the folks who really find interest will make their opinions known and will make an idea simple enough to submit, that's why I would like a flat rate.

I do like your idea and if I was a friend to a slide-rule, I would go for it. I think it will be an 80-20 thing, 20% of the folks will be doing 80% of the work for the tourney.

One caveat, if enough people think this is a great idea, I elect Amish to develop a spreadsheet to track the info and I will enter and disseminate the information, if not, I vote for a flat tax.

Slippery slope, slippery slope! Let's keep it simple. Let's just focus on overused pieces and leave the overcosted for another time. I second AB's role.

I checked my bags... Jonathan, if your extra 4th mass guy made it into my collection somewhere, he didn't make it into my bag.

Was it marked? Chuck, have you checked your set? I'll look through the rest of my boxes later... but I even checked for too many of a sculpt, and as far as the bag is concerned, I don't have extra... I'll keep an eye out though...

Adding 25% to overused unit costs sounds good to me. The list looked pretty good to me, and I do not think Braxas should be included. Funny thing is, a year ago Charos would have made that list.

There are a lot of tools in the tool-chest, now, so I do not think this should cut into the fun level at all.

So do you all want me to get started with this sliding scale unit cost increase? If so, I will start up a new thread with the details, get some nominations for "overused" units.

Please respond to these questions:
1) Do you want me to take care of this project & calculations?
2) Sliding scale (more votes = more increase centered at 25%) or flat rate?
3) "underused" and "overused"? or just "overused?" (come on, lets drop taelord, khosumet, etc and make them playable again!)

My votes:
1) Yes
2) Sliding Scale please (some units need more point increase than others)
3) Under & Overused adjustments

I vote ofor neither under/over costed as those terms can be quite subjective to people. I say let's vote for overUSED figs instead.

it would be nice to play with taelord and have something to actually use with him. I think your just thinking of all the brainwork Sweetcurse, you don't have to have that job or any other job.

1. Can't say yes, can't say no, but if you want then yes.
2. Flat rate will make it a ton more easier. Stick to flat rate.
3. underUSED and overUSED should both be done. This will still only result in about 10 or less units. Come on guys its not that hard!

1) Yes.

2) A flat rate of 25% could be good, or sliding scale around 25%. Flat rate would be easier for people to remember, though, so... flat rate if I have to choose.

3) Over and Under.

Should I PM my choices, or post them here. I don't want peer pressure to get involved
