The Book of Kang (Uncommon)

That's the way it's designed and should be played.
But, on page 20, starting with post #236, ending on a bit of a cliffhanger at #256, many seemed to be under the impression that the glyph could be placed below Kang on his last move by toggling flying a few times, ending his move finally on top of the glyph, and allowing it to be used.
I'm convinced flying can be toggled on and off on a figure's last move, but because the special power specifically requires it be placed on "an empty space Kang previously occupied this turn," that the space below him, although unoccupied when he declares that he's flying, is not empty.

Leaving engagement is rolled when a figure starts to fly, but before leaving the space, which is why flying can toggle a space's occupancy without emptying the space.

What toggling at any point during the movement phase allows as well is for Human Torch to save his Flame On for after arriving on his 6th space, to land, start flying, roll for leaving engagement, and roll for Flame On, then attack normally.

For anyone reading this Book in the future, just to resolve my above uncertainty, I was being thick. The movement phase ends after using the last move available to that figure. So Kang can't Fly in place after moving 4 spaces.

I was reading @johnny139 's Scaper of the Month, and saw mentioned as one of his Favorite Heroscape Moments,

Though when I figured out you can stack Kang the Conqueror’s glyphs on his card to trap guys in a time loop ...

Can someone explain this to me? I get that if you have a bunch of Kangs lay out the Glyph of Temporal Displacement 4 spaces from each other, you can place one of your figures on one of the Glyphs, and those two figures can "Slinky-Stairs-Walk" between Glyphs endlessly, but how do you trap enemies in loops?
