The Book of Sharon Carter
The Book of Sharon Carter C3G MARVEL WAVE 19 PATRIOT GAMES Mini PDF _________________________________________________________________ The figure used for this unit is a Heroclix figure from the Secret Invasion set. Its model number and name are #005 / Sharon Carter. Character Bio - Inspired by her aunt's adventures, Sharon joined the international security agency S.H.I.E.L.D., and was assigned the code name "Agent 13". By this time, Rogers had been revived from suspended animation, and during one of Sharon's earliest missions, he came to her aid when she came under attack by a mercenary known as Batroc the Leaper. Rogers could not help but notice the remarkable resemblance Sharon bore to his lost love, but did not connect the two; however, the two of them crossed paths again and again, teaming up on several missions against A.I.M. HYDRA, Red Skull, and many others. Over time, Sharon and Rogers eventually fell in love; however, the dangerous nature of Sharon's work constantly placed a strain on their relationship, with Rogers wanting Sharon to give up her life as a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent. Eventually, Sharon brought Rogers back to the place she was born, and he was also reunited with the much older Peggy. Peggy would also join S.H.I.E.L.D., and in later years serve as one of the support crew for the super-hero team the Avengers. Years later, Steve Rogers is shot in the shoulder by a sniper on his way up the steps to the Federal Court. In the ensuing crowd chaos, he is shot three times in the abdomen with a pistol, and later appears to die of his injuries. It is later revealed that the plan was orchestrated by the Red Skull; the sniper was Crossbones, and Sharon Carter, under a hypnotic suggestion by Dr. Faustus, was the person who had shot Rogers in the abdomen. It has been revealed that she is still under the influence of Doctor Faustus, who uses her to disable Black Widow and Falcon, before having her join the Red Skull's organization as a minion. It has also been revealed that she is apparently pregnant with Rogers' child. However during several attempts to escape the Red Skull's control over her, she loses her baby in the process during a fight between her and Sin. However, later dialogue suggests that she, not Sin, stabbed her womb, and caused the miscarriage. She says that she did it to keep the Red Skull from getting his hands on anything of hers. Later Doctor Faustus made her forget ever being pregnant, and he also gave her the tools for her rescue. Sharon frees herself, and kills Aleksander Lukin (narrowly missing killing the Red Skull himself), before being found by Black Widow and the Falcon. Iron Man and Falcon decide to tell her about her pregnancy at a later date, after sufficient recovery time. Field Agent will really get most of its use when trying to advance with SC and company by avoiding attacks before she gets into position. With that said, when using Nick Fury's "drop" power, it kinda loses its relevance in that one regard.
The Double Attack is ALWAYS a good and useful power and I like seeing it on cards where the figure has two guns. _____ Great design. When does testing start? |

Also, as is she can't be affecte by her teammates special powers either. Not sure if that was intentional or not.

Yeah, considering that she doesn't have great defense or a special defensive power, getting her to advance from the SZ without being susceptible to ranged attacks/powers targeted at her would be helpful in maybe allowing her to advance very early in the game and then not be too far off to get into the action when needed. If she's one of Fury's drop team, she can drop down on a castle wall and not be targeted for awhile and then he can order her to double attack with height when it's just right. But yeah, it does lose the moving from SZ relevance in that case. Commander Rogers can help move her along too with his OM flexibility, she is his girlfriend after all. I agree with the Double Attack (obviously ) as it not only represents her two pistols, but while in melee, it can represent her martial arts skills without giving her Close Combat Expert. Not sure when testing will start. I did open the Surtur design first, but it's no biggie which one I test first. I want to do some decent amount of testing with Surtur, so maybe I can do that one over time when I am free and start SC sooner. The problem with that Margloth is that as soon as she becomes engaged with an opponent's figure you have to remove the marker. Quote:

That does carry on with Margloth's idea, but as it's own separate power it could allow her to leave an engagement and then on her next turn put the marker back on her card if the opponent doesn't follow her and re-engages. DISENGAGE Sharon Carter is never attacked when leaving engagements. How about this then. This way if Sharon Carter leaves engagement with Disengage, she can put the marker back on her card at the end of her turn. So she could leave engagement, attack and then put the marker back on her card to go back undercover or laying low? Or is that too much and we should stick with the "Before taking a turn" timing? So she'll basically always be immune to ranged attacks unless engaged? Seems like Partial Invisibility with a marker to me.
