Re: Public Design Workshop
I thought they were figures that were specifically Bane henchmen? I'm pretty sure those Clix exist.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Re: Public Design Workshop
I guess it depends if we want a more movie or more comic book focus, then.

Re: Public Design Workshop
It’s actually supposed to be from one of the Arkham video games. YK specifically mentioned remembering some Bane guys from those games using Venom.

Re: Public Design Workshop
Had a bit of inspiration hit me this morning and thought I'd share. In case you guys ever made a Batman from the Animated Series, here are some fun powers to consider:
To symbolize Batman always finding a way to escape an attack and to symbolize the henchman having terrible aim or really poor decision making skills, I thought of this power: Batman Always Survives (or you can call it In Batman's Favor) Whenever Batman is attacked, any skulls rolled must be re-rolled one time. No matter the villain, whenever Batman was defeated they could never kill him... they always wanted to first monologue to explain just how smart they are giving Batman a chance to escape. Here's a power that can symbolize that: But first, I monologue (or Through my grasp!) Whenever an attack or power destroys Batman, roll a single dice. If a shield or blank is rolled, Batman survives with one life left. If you rolled a blank, then Batman may move 4 spaces without taking any leaving engagement strikes. Because Batman always whipped non-supervillans easily, I thought a good way to symbolize this would be the following: Clear out the goons Whenever Batman attacks a common or uncommon figure, roll 2 additional dice. |

Re: Public Design Post
Latest version of The Prez.
NAME = THE PREZ SECRET IDENTITY = PREZ RICKARD SPECIES = HUMAN UNIQUENESS = UNIQUE HERO CLASS = PRESIDENT/LEADER PERSONALITY = PATRIOTIC LIFE = 4 MOVE = 5 RANGE = 1 ATTACK = 2-3 DEFENSE = 3-4 POINTS = ??? COMMANDER IN CHIEF After revealing an Order Marker on this card and before taking a turn with The Prez, you may take a turn with any other Patriotic Army Card you control. THE LOLLIPOP If you start the game with one or more Sports Car Vehicle Destructible Objects in your start zone, you may choose one to be the Lollipop. For the entire game, add 1 to the Lollipop's Move number. RACE CAR DRIVER Once per game, after revealing an Order Marker on this card and moving a Sports Car Vehicle Destructible Object, you may move that Vehicle two additional spaces. Bio: Martha Rickard, of Steadfast, Middle America, named her son Prez because she thought he should someday be President. Having made the clocks of Steadfast, whose towers were so out of sync that the town heard a constant chiming, run on time, he was hired as a front for shady businessman Boss Smiley to run for United States Senator after the eligibility age was lowered. An idealist, he rebelled against Smiley. With 45% of voters under 30, the youthful Congress passed an amendment lowering the eligibility age for the presidency and Senator Rickard was voted President of the United States. He appointed his mother, Martha, Vice President and made his sister his secretary. Throughout his life, Prez fought other foes aside from Boss Smiley ranging from legless vampires, to a right-wing militia led by the descendant of George Washington, to evil chess players. He was attacked for his stance on gun control, and survived an assassination attempt during that controversy. Prez' most significant collaborator was Eagle Free, a young Native American who had a deep understanding of animals. He lived in a cave well-stocked with books about them, but got most of his knowledge firsthand. Prez appointted him director of the FBI. Eagle Free wore a headband with a feather, braids, and no shirt, and was often accompanied by a menagerie of native and non-native animals. Eagle Free trained Prez in multiple fighting techniques. This was never shown, but it was referred to when he utilized them. |

Re: Public Design Workshop
That’ll be an odd one to cost. Lollipop should probably have a firm one sports car limit, since that’s a 100 point value for each one right there.

Re: Public Design Workshop
No he does not get a free car, you still have to draft it.
If you draft more than one you have to choose one as the Lollipop. L_O:. What he does is pretty all over the place. The clock angle could be interesting but I wanted to dig into the new VDO rules here. Noted that with Uncle Sam, he can bond with any Unique card in the game. |

Re: Public Design Workshop
Missed that Commander in Chief is full bonding! Thought it was OM management. Not an amazing figure to bond with, but popping him in a Sports Car could help that.
If what he does is all over the place, I'd probably want a third power that feels a bit more different. I reckon you could probably put all the vehicle stuff into a single power and have a third for something else. |
