Some extra Flash Villains I was thinking about today.

The Top

SPINNING TOP
The Top may attack any or all figures adjacent to him. Roll each attack separately. When The Top defends against an attack and you roll at least one blank, The Top takes no damage and may immediately move up to 2 spaces.

SOUL TRANSFER
If a Unique Hero destroys The Top with a normal or special attack, roll the 20-sided die. If you roll 18 or higher, destroy the attacking figure. Place The Top on the space previously occupied by the attacking figure, remove all Wound Markers from this card. Soul Transfer can only be used once per game.

After moving normally with Captain Boomerang, if he is not engaged, you may move Captain Boomerang up to 2 spaces in a straight line. Add 1 die to his attack for each space moved with Speed Boost Throw.

Choose a figure to attack. Any figures adjacent to the chosen figure are also affected by this special attack. Captain Boomerang only needs a clear sight shot at the chosen figure. Roll attack dice once for all affected figures. Each figure rolls defense dice separately. Captain Boomerang can be affected by this special attack.

RETURNING BOOMERANG
If Captain Boomerang does not inflict one or more wounds when attacking an opponent's non-adjacent figure with his normal attack, he may attack that figure one additional time with his normal attack, even if he is engaged during the additional attack.

PERSONAL TIME MANIPULATION
Inertia may move through all figures, never takes leaving engagement attacks, and does not have to stop his movement when entering water spaces. After taking a turn with Inertia, if Inertia did not use his Time Steal Special Attack this turn, Inertia may move up to an additional 4 spaces.

TIME STEAL SPECIAL ATTACK
Range 1. Attack 3.
Instead of attacking normally with Inertia, you may move Inertia up to 4 spaces. Inertia can attack up to 3 times with this special attack at any point before, during, or after this move as long as Inertia is on a space where he could end his movement. After using this special attack, choose a figure Inertia moved through this turn and roll the 20-sided die. If you roll a 16 or higher remove one unrevealed Order Marker from it's card.

SPEED DODGE 2
When Inertia defends against an attack, and you roll at least one blank, Inertia takes no damage and may immediately move up to 2 spaces.
