Everything I can find on the Orb indicates that it has the power to raise and "secure" the dead, whatever thry mean by that. Care to expound upon what you know of the Orb?

Basically, it allows people to raise and command an army of the dead, sorta like you talked about for Pluto. But it also seemed to have the effect of making him fireproof. At least that's what my research turned up.

Ok, I've been toying with this in my head for a bit, and based on Spidey's input, have a slightly different direction to see how it goes over.

Start the game with the Glyph of Orb of Ra on this card. While the Glyph of Orb of Ra is on this card, Living Mummy's Fire Weakness special power is negated and Living Mummy is considered to be a Lord in addition to his current class. Living Mummy can only lose the Glyph of Orb of Ra if he receives two or more wounds from a single attack or special power.

PREHENSILE BANDAGES
Before attacking, you may choose an opponent's small or medium figure within 4 clear sight spaces of Living Mummy. Place the chosen figure on any empty space adjacent to Living Mummy. Figures moved by Prehensile Bandages will not take any leaving engagement attacks. If Living Mummy is engaged to only one figure, that figure cannot move out of engagement with Living Mummy and roll 1 fewer defense die when attacked by Living Mummy.

FIRE WEAKNESS
If Living Mummy is on a lava field space, he rolls 2 fewer defense dice and 2 fewer attack dice.

After revealing an Order Marker on this figure's card and instead of taking a turn with this figure, you may place a figure from this card unto any unoccupied space within 4 spaces of this figure. Take temporary control of the placed figure, remove all Wound Markers and Order Markers from its card, and immediately take a turn with the placed figure. After taking this turn, destroy the placed figure.

Beyond adding the Orb of Ra (Basically just a riff off of Danse Macabre as it made sens for the glyph IMHO), I kept his defense at 6and his attack at 5 but lowered the defense subtraction of PB to a single die. Thoughts?

I like the glyph. I'd still like to his see his Att and Def lowered by 1 and I'd also like to see this power changed to:

Interesting direction, that could be fun. It would have some serious turn interruption though, I think that needs worked around. I also really worry about the potential of permanently taking over enemies with the glyph, that's giving a glyph the potential to really swing the game with a single roll. Remember, anyone could conceivably get it, and Apocalypse could even start with it. I'd like to see it reworked to something like this:

How iconic is the Orb for him? I prefer the "slow tank" version to "reanimator" version. Is the Orb something that's a major part of his character?

The Orb is fairly recent (last ~15 years?). I'm okay with it if we'd rather go in that direction, but I prefer the "creature feature," Marvel Horror style of the character, personally.

Looks good to me. The Life feels a bit high, but it helps separate him from Kirigi, who he's similar to. The different classes should help too.
