SMASH: Slighty More Advanced Scaping of Heroes!
(A new way to play but based on Heroscape rules.)
On the boardgamegeek.com Massive Darkness page,
I uploaded a Rulebook and cards for the figures of the
Massive Darkness core game to battle with. There is
also a Terrain PDF to create your own terrain to make
the battlefield.

I am getting ready to upload cards for the Expansions
but I only have the Ratlings. I am hoping a nice
person or persons with both games can compare the
Roaming Monsters from the Expansions to Heroscape
figures for the Size & Height of the Roaming Monsters.
Any help would be much appreciated!

@Scaperuncle , I eventually am going to make some cards for the Massive Darkness figures for heroscape. I love how much potential is in the boxes. I actually have a double pledge of Massive Darkness 1 and all the minis in it save literally a hero or two that I didn't get with my spearmaiden cyclops. I'm not sure exactly what you are after. Do you suppose you could post a link to what you are referring to? I may be of some help to you after that. Welcome back.

I am after the Heroscape system’s Size & Height for the Massive Darkness Roaming Monsters from the retail Expansions(no Kickstarter exclusives). I have the
Ratlings Expansion and compared the Ratling Bully to
my Heroscape figures and came up with “Large 7”.
BTW, I made cards already, you’re too late!
( although, they are rectangular, 88mm x 125mm)
(And on second thought, they are all based on
Heroscape figures so they’re nothing new )

The link doesn't work for me. Are they Heroscape cards, or Massive darkness type cards? I'm really curious now, and can't see it. Even went on Board game geek to find it, but couldn't.

Okay. The new link worked and I had a chance to download the two pdfs and take a look. What I gather from the skim through is that it is a dungeon crawler of sorts using MD minis and predominantly scape rules, with some minor changes here and there. You need the height/size of just the ratling box and core box of all the figures. Gaging size and height is fairly easy on customs. The height is determined by hex tiles high compared to the figure. Size is a more redundant stat on scape cards. For example, dnd wave human figures are considered medium as well as the hulk, and dzu te yeti models. I believe there is also a dwarf considered medium even though they are classed as a human champion. Large and huge figures should be notably larger than a yeti or the hulk in physical apperance. If memory serves, Im not so sure the ratling bully is that big compared to some of the other brutes. I can help you with model sizes and heights, but that would be my way of doing so. Also. I love making variants and have made a few myself. Check out my Heroscape unleashed variant. The gridless play section could be used for your game variant quite handily if you wanted to play on a wargaming table or custom dnd terrain. Ill try to get to measuring those soon.

Not sure I follow you. If I said something that wasnt clear or doesn't make sense, sorry for that. I think Ill just leave you to it I guess. I have plenty of other projects to work on that dont seem to bother anyone. Good luck on your project.
