Well, if you're posting your maps so that other people can use them, you'll need to post build instructions, and that means you need a PDF.

I'd also recommend having the map picture be from an angle, and not from straight above. You can't really tell from your picture if the map has height or anything.

I am not sure how to put the start zones of the map you post. Which of the PDF is effective for maps.

Start zones can be added in VirtualScape (they're just like tiles, under the "Start" tab on the left).

I'm not sure what you're asking about PDFs. Just for completeness, here's what I wrote in another thread a few months ago:

I made a new version of the map with instructions. It was like glyphs for the start zones, had to put them a level above.
