Re: C3G Strategy/Competitive Discussion Yellow Lantern *Arki
Arkillo is strong. Sacrificing a Sinestro Corps Soldier to make the rest of your Yellow Lanterns & Sinestro Corps stronger can create an offensive juggernaut that is difficult to survive. Plus, Eviscerate is just nasty - it's a guaranteed wound and usually more. I find Eviscerate so useful that Arkillo is a great combo with White Lantern (Kyle) or Indigo-2 (Munk), even without any other Yellow Lanterns.
Arkillo's biggest weakness is how fragile he can be. 5 life & 6 defense is sturdy, but once he spends some battery markers that defense crumbles. Keep him in the back of your start zone if you're using Insurgent Motivation. |

Re: C3G Strategy/Competitive Discussion (Sinestro Corps Sold
Uncommon rank-and-file for Yellow Lantern armies. Arkillo, Sinestro Corps Soldier x4, Lyssa Drak/ YL Scarecrow seems like a real offensive threat at 990. Lyssa seems better if you can get away with no special attack/squad killing, while Scarecrow should blend through commons.
Anyway, the soldiers have a statline on 7/3/4/4 while they have both markers, which is pretty scary. With Arkillo increasing it to 6 attack, and these fellas having bonding, they seem like one of the better investments at 110 if they're working with the faction. Not gonna rank them since I haven't played them, but I'll give them a spin soon. |

Re: C3G Strategy/Competitive Discussion (Sinestro Corps Sold
Pretty average without Arkillo, but with Arkillo these guys are monsters. Being able to ignore two attacks with the power shield is especially beneficial as it helps avoid being one-shot.

Re: C3G Strategy/Competitive Discussion (Sinestro Corps Sold
They're the best thing going (so far) for the Yellow Lanterns in terms of putting together cohesive armies. They love Arkillo but they're also nice as just an Order Marker hub for other Yellow Lanterns. Solid B+/4 for me.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Re: C3G Strategy/Competitive Discussion (Sinestro Corps Sold
I don't play the Yellow Lanterns a ton, but whenever I did I felt these guys were a pretty good investment when filling out the army. Looking at the ranking system break down, they are a 4 star card for me. Draft them again and again in YL army builds.

Yeah they're solid. Used to play them and Arkillo a ton way back when. I should pull them out again, especially with all the new lanterns.

Re: C3G Strategy/Competitive Discussion (Sinestro Corps Sold
How that, OM is on the YL and they are just sidekicks. They aren't called Yellow Lantern like our other lantern Uncommons
Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those. |

Yeah, sorry, misremembering how they work exactly. More of a turn efficiency thing than an OM hub thing.

Re: C3G Strategy/Competitive Discussion (Jonah Hex)
For a while there, Fancy Shooting was the nicest thing Lawmen had going for them. As is, if you're trying to build a competitive Lawman army, he's a go-to. Problem is that Lawmen still aren't all that competitive.
B+/4 C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.
