Special attack text is always a modification of that special attack in one way or another, though, whether it's a modification of the range, area of effect, how it can be used, who it can be used against, etc. So I don't really have an issue with that - I don't think it's the same thing as height advantage modifying a special attack or an attack aura or something like that. It'd just be how the actual power can be used.

We could ... seems like a fairly situational thing to put up top like that, though.

Good points. I'm fine with rolling 1 fewer attack die against Ice Resistant heroes.
