What is the best 500-520 point army?

Samurai Unique Heroes & Squads (besides Taro):
Tomoe Gozen 120
Izumi Samurai - 60
Kaemon Awa - 120
Kozuke Samurai - 100
Tagawa Samurai -120
510

Or is it better replace Kozuke with Raelin?

And/or is it better to replace Tagawa or Kaemon Awa with EBON ARMOR - 125

And/or is it better to add something else in for a specific counter?

At 500 point range I prefer removing the Kozuke that can't stand long enough to worth it.
Never replace Kaemon except if its for another ranged unit, you really need that to attack from a good position while waiting for the opponent to come to contact.

Main issue is, I'm still not sure if Tomoe is the best choice in 500 point armies though... At 80-100 perhaps, at 120 not sure at all as you can't have enough Samurai Units to keep everything viable for long enough on the battlefield.
