Re: The Book of Wolfsbane - Design Phase
Ya I like quozl's verbiage the best too. Letting her move with her tracking, and then Pounce is a fun factor I'd prefer seen kept.
Her Pounce doesn't seem like it should be as high as Sabretooth's as he's heavier and stronger. Perhaps her Pounce wouldn't wound her if she fails to deal damage as she is more agile. Seems like a nice trade off. C3G team building links. |

Re: The Book of Wolfsbane - Design Phase
I like the direction she's headed. I don't know here but the power set seems cool.

Looks nice and I think quozl's wording is the best here.

REJ - I'm not sure I'd want to drop the wounding part of the SA. I feel like it's the risk/reward part of Pounce that makes it unique. Otherwise, it's essentially just a ranged SA. Since there seems to be a few different opinions on the attack value, I'll go the poll route. Which would everyone prefer for her special attack: 6 attack or 5? Personally, I like 6, as I feel it's the sweet spot for usefulness on the special attack. She may not be a big and strong as Sabretooth, but she still has very sharp claws and teeth, as well as the element of surprise on her side. Re: The Book of Wolfsbane - Design Phase
I'm fine with either 5 or 6. 5 seems slightly more thematic, IMO, and helps differentiate her more from Sabretooth, which I like, since they're basically two big balls of fur and claws. But 6 does make it more likely that you'd use the attack.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

6. I think she can be just as vicious as Sabretooth.

Re: The Book of Wolfsbane - Design Phase
Bats - I can see that, though I feel like they already fill different niches. A) she'll be at a much lower point level. B) she's much more of a mid-game/anti-hero unit, whereas he's a great squad destroyer and a bigger offensive threat.

Re: The Book of Wolfsbane - Design Phase
Sounds good. I can go with 6 then.

I'm good with either, but agree with all of TB's points.

Re: The Book of Wolfsbane - Design Phase
No strong votes for 5 attack, so I've updated the SP with adjusted verbiage on Blood Tracking. If everyone is good with the current direction, I'll send her out to ERB tonight and hopefully get to the Initial this weekend.

Re: The Book of Wolfsbane - Design Phase
Sweet. Nice to have two of these running at once now. Gees, only 3 pages and ready for an initial? Quite the contrast with the public designs.
