That one would still allow you to roll when you use powers like Temporal Defense, which seems really odd to me.

RISE FROM THE GRAVE
Immediately after revealing a numbered Order Marker on an Army Card you control, before taking a turn, if Dracula has been destroyed, roll the 20-sided die. Add 2 to your roll if the card has the Magical Defense special power. If you roll 19 or higher, remove all Wound Markers from this card and immediately place Dracula on any empty space on the battlefield.

How about that?
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

It didn't seem clear enough without that. All it said was if the Card had Magical Defense. Card? What Card? Any card I control?

I don't think we need the additional text there, the card referred to seemed clear to me. ... ... I don't have strong feelings about it or anything but the card already has plenty of text on it already.

I must have overlooked that. In that case, all that really needs to be adjust is changing the word the to that. Like so.
