Romans as Warhammer Ancient Empire Bretonnian's??
The Romans are now considered Warhammer Painted Ancient Empire Bretonnian troops???!!! And can be used for Warhammer???!!!

This is so absolutely wrong in soooo many ways.

I don't mean to dis heroscape but don't most warhammer players think the heroscape sculpts are kidish or something?

I don't see what's wrong... Look at the customization section; Heroscapers use the figures from other games. Why can't it go in the other direction?

Hasbro probably doesn't care where it goes as long as they get the cash...

Passing them off as anything relative to WH is wrong. Citadel only allows the use of their line of miniatures in their games.

You can't even use those in a store game, let alone a tournament.

Heck- 12 bucks is a good deal for 8 legions, 5 archers and marcus. Maybe I'll snap them up.

I remember a while back someone posted a link from some roleplaying forums. It was a thread about how some guy had found a great source for minatures in the local store's board game aisle.

That is only true in an officail GW store or rogue trader event. Most Ma 'n Pa stores don't care.
