Grr. I had the feeling you might call it out on theme. Now that I think about it, it looks like a great Roman Warlord figure, if it weren't for the gender...

Maybe I should make some of my own customs, since SoA's don't seem to go so well with the SoV...

I would like to submit my first custom here for nomination:

Threforian Raptors

Figure used: Reaper Legends; Fastclaw

Bio: From the steamy world of Grut comes yet another force for good. Long has the dinosaur race been vilified and associated with orcs on Valhalla, but after the summoning of the Wolfen, it has become clear to Aquilla that they could be just as handy as the spiders from her own beloved jungle. Now brought to this new world, these raptors adapt quickly and begin to pose a grave threat for any orc or marro who step into Ticalla!

Spoiler Alert!

Left box stats:
Species - Raptor seemed to fit while Reptile and Beast did not.
Common Squad - Two man
Class/personality - Scouts/Relentless… Jurassic Park was my inspiration here. These combined traits can make them dangerous with Khousumat and the Venoc Warlord.
Size - Large 7, they are big boys and actually go on small peanut bases.

Right box stats:
Life - 1, They are a Common squad
Range - 1, They fight with their their teeth and claws, need I say more?
Move - 7, These guys can be great damage dealing scouts, or a destructive force that can charge an enemy while they retreat.
Attack - 3, They are decent fighters on their own.
Defense - 3, Like most decent common squads.
Price - My goal was to have a cheaper filler squad, but at the same time one that could not have to many put into the same army. My target was between 40-65 points, it is currently at 55.

Special Abilities:
Pack Special Attack-In all of the movies you see, raptors are always shown as being the most destructive in a pack. I wanted to show that in this power, where they "Come from both sides" .
Call for Help - Again, using Jurassic Park for inspiration. This power is like the opposite of scatter, instead of having to chase the figures around the board, you have a whole bunch come after you.

Playabiltiy:
With Mittens on your team, these guys can be a very fast, and very painful harassment on your opponent’s army. They are good for punching a hole and taking out some weaker squads inside. You can also use them to destroy an attacking army, destroying a retreating one or helping your own retreat.

Theme:
What better fits the theme of Aquilla then a dinosaur? Primal and ferocious these guys work great with spiders and on maps with lots of cover.

Accessibility:
Auggies: I could add 86 to my cart!
Paizo: I could put in 99 their!
Reaper Mini: Here I could put in 79!
FRP Games: It just shows it has a very good stock (but has no specific numbers).

I hope I did this correctly, as this is my first time.

Nice card. I like the theme, but you misspelled "you" in Pack Assault.

There is a mispelling in Pack Assault.

Same stats as Grok Riders, but with a per figure price of 27.5 compared to 43.3. Grok's having bonding and get a good attack boost from their heroes. These guys boost each other and can reinforce each other with a block and d20 roll. These guys can also be boosted by Venoc Warlord, Khosumet, and Brave Arrow.

I know the Grok Riders are considered to be overpriced, but even still these guys seem to be underpriced by at least ten points. I am fine with the theme, but there is still some fine tuning to be done with this card. I am going to vote .

Is it a squad or a Hero? If it is the latter, then the picture and the silhouette are wrong.

Actually, Su-Bak-Na only works on Marro, and there are no Marro with Aquilla. Same for Haduc, no Aquillan Elves to my knowledge.
