You can use Cocktail to print a master PDF if you like. Under file>export, it has a lot of options for printing. I just upload the individual files to MakePlayingCards.com and have them do it for me. I put a full export in other/print/default for folks that don’t want to install Cocktail too.

The reason why i don’t have a ready to print master pdf is because there are too many use cases such as different card collection, bleed/no-bleed, letter/A4. It’s a little more work to install Cocktail and the 2 fonts, or to drop invidual card images into a doc, but you can get everything exactly the way you like it. In fact, with just a few setting changes, your set could use Delta, omit the order marker classification, include the power ranking, etc.
