Plastic Army Men Customs
You can get like 40-50 for a dollar or two.
Rifle Grunts 4 figure common squad life 1 move 5 range 6 attack 2 defense 3 points 70 - 80 points? Flanking Manuever If a Rifle grunt is destroyed, you may move two others up to 3 spaces each, and move bonuses may be added such as road. Flamethrower Team 3 figure common squad Life 1 move 5 range 5 attack 4 defense 4 Flamethrower special attack basically the same thing as mimring's special, except it has a range of 5. Exploding flamthrower When a flamethrower dude is killed by a non-adjacent attack or a disenegagement strike by a figure with more than one range, roll the D20. If you roll a 14 or higher, any figure adjacent to the dead flamethrower guy instantly takes 1 wound, except soulborgs and figures with lava resistence. How many points? |

Cool.
I think if you make the flamethrower special 4 range they should be priced at 120 or 110. How about this? A 3 figure common squad. Bazooka Veterans 1 life 5 move 6 range 2 attack 4 defence Large specialist When a Bazooka Veteran attacks a large or huge figure add 2 dice to his attack. Charged Shell If none of the Bazooka Veterans attack this turn add 1 attack die to this card next turn. 110 points |

Dude, awesome idea.
The assualt veterans should be powerful, but only be able to attack twice a round. The AA vets should have a bonus attack and range against flyers. |

I bought some awhile back to do this to, but they turned out about a head too tall, and annorexic. The figures are so skinny, it's scary.

Pardon the necro. But I decided to add to this thread rather than start a new thread duplicating the topic.
I've been thinking about this custom for a while. Based on feedback/refinement I may take it to the next step of creating an army card. ARMY MEN JANDAR HUMAN UNIQUE SQUAD (4 figures) SOLDIERS DISCIPLINED MEDIUM 5 1 LIFE MOVE 0 RANGE 0 ATTACK 0 DEFENSE 0 REDEPLOY After moving and before attacking, each Army Man may be moved to any empty space. If they are engaged, they will not take any leaving engagement attacks. REINFORCEMENTS After attacking you may roll the 20-sided die. If you roll a 16 or higher, place a previously destroyed Army Man on any empty space. Newly placed Army Men cannot move or attack this turn. |
