Gromph Baenre - AotP style Summoner

So my friends and I play AotP and we mix it with Heroscape, using AotP as the primary game, we assign colors to existing Heroscape figures.

One friend in particular, my friend Hagen, is a BIG D&D fan and loves the Drow, so he asked me to make him a planeswalker type card to use to lead his army of Drow, since calling Gromph a planeswalker would be highly unflavorful, I decided to call him a "summoner" since it serves the same basic purpose, I just wanted everyone's opinion on it? Thanks!

When looking at the cost, please remember how expensive all AotP planeswalkers are, this is because they do not count towards your 300 army points and are placed higher than what you're allowed to spend, to prevent you from using them as figures in another planeswalker's army.

Re: Gromph Baenre - AotP style Summoner

Interesting. Cool art.

I would switch the order of the powers, since the first activates after summoning which is the second power. Looks OK at first glance. That negative aspect is always nice to keep a figure balanced.

The key looks like to summon only Heroes, who are immune to Venom. I take it you use just the standard D&D Heroscape drow?

Yep, currently just using the in game Drow, though we might add some later and alright, I'll see about switching the orders!

How many Drow heroes are there? Two?

What are symbols at the bottom(between the spiders)?

3 I believe, 2 unique and 1 common.

And that's Drow script, it reads: Property of Micheal Hagen Burris, for my friend who it's being made for.

Cool.

Common hero Drow? Is that C3V/VC?

Yeah, I would go all heroes.

Oh yeah, easily, however, the elf squads from AotP are broken when combined with Nissa, it's bullsh*t XD

Re: Gromph Baenre - AotP style Summoner

Yeah, I tried that army out but I could not resist charging in. I am terrible at sitting back and shooting, no patience and it feels so 4th Mass.
I may try it again if I get sick of losing.

Is Gromph your fiend's D&D character or just someone in the Drow setting?
What is the art from for the character?

Hi, @Beta464 , welcome to Heroscapers!

You may have seen already that there is an entire section of the forums here devoted to AotP.
