yea

Makes sense to me to play it a little safe points-wise, unless we're gonna stop designing Lanterns all of a sudden. He'll also really benefit if we ever get any kind of New Guardians stuff that makes it easier to run different kinds of Lanterns together.

C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.
