Need help for Napolionic Drummer Powers
I really can not think of ANY powers for this figure! Does anyone have any ideas?

Hmm, you might want to get a better picture. Nice pose though. Some thoughts:
March to the Beat Friendly soldier units within 8 spaces of Sgt. Sicard add 2 to their movement. This power does not require line of sight. Fall into Disarray When Sgt. Sicard is destroyed, friendly soldier units within 8 spaces of him lose 1 move until the end of the round. |

I Like March to the Beat.
Another possibility Rally the Rabble After moving but before attacking select any 4 common squad figures and move them 3 spaces closer to Sgt. Sicard. Figures moved do not have to be part of the same squad. |

Headquarters Guard
Sgt. Sicard adds 2 to his Attack and 1 to Defense when he is within 4 clear sight spaces of any Warlord, King, or Queen This reflects U.S. military policy that makes the band part of the divisional headquarters security...or at least it was that way in 2000. No idea what they were used for in Napoleonic era 1799 - 1815. His only ability should be the ability to move X number of squad figures up behind him...say 6 figures total can move 3 spaces each as long as they do not pass him..or something along those lines.
