Move edited to 5. Unsure about adding the "if possible" wording. It isn't wrong obviously, just not sure if it is needed. Left in parenthesis for now.

I would leave "if possible" in there, since the Warforged Soldiers and Ogre Warhulk both use similar "must do this" powers.
