Not opinionated on the commas in "S, H, and A" otherwise, but it feels like the second and third ones are a unit. I wouldn't get rid of one and keep the other. Tempting to keep 2 and 3 and replace comma 1 with a semi-colon. I don't think the power quite sets off my "oh god so many commas" senses in the way that some other Heroscape powers do though.

Red just to make it a little less comma-intensive.The blue is speculative but seems like a good idea? No idea what plans are for the faction, though. I'm pretty sure based on conversations we've had that we don't need the scratched-out bit.
