Yes, its a combination of Wonder Woman's lasso with a standard mind control power. The remove of order markers represents how she compels people to her will and they never oppose her.

Lasso of Submission: A barbed lasso that compels the tied individual to obey and love the wielder.

Automatically taking control(for an entire round), taking a turn with the figure and knocking down their OMs is pretty ridiculous. That is going to need a d20 roll to have a chance to be balanced.

LASSO OF SUBMISSION
After moving and instead of attacking, if Superwoman was not engaged prior to moving,
you may choose an opponent's non-adjacent small or medium figure within 4 clear sight spaces whose base is no more than 10 levels above Superwoman's height or 10 levels below Superwoman's base. Roll the 20-sided die, if you roll a 15 or higher place the chosen figure on an empty space adjacent to Superwoman. Take control of the chosen figure and take an immediate turn with the figure. Remove all order markers on the chosen figure's card. At the end of the round, control of the figure returns to the player who controlled the figure before using Lasso Of Submission. You may only use this power once per round.

WARRIOR ENGAGEMENT
If Superwoman rolls a skull against a figure leaving an engagement with her,
that figure may not leave the engagement with Superwoman this turn.

AMAZONIAN TOUGHNESS
When rolling defense dice against a normal attack from a non-adjacent figure, Superwoman always adds one automatic shield to whatever is rolled.

Well, right now Ultraman doesn't really work, he starts with a Kryptonite on his card... and his species is Kryptonian which means his powers are negated and he rolls 2 less attack and defense.

The Robot and Destructible Object bonus in Heat Vision doesn't fit to me. I'm pretty sure that's supposed to represent Superman not having to hold back against non-living targets, its not like metal melts easier than flesh burns, Ultraman obviously doesn't share those morals. Heck if he's sadistic it would almost make sense to switch it where it's weaker against Robots and Objects, it's less fun to burn things if they don't scream in pain while you're doing it.

Yeah Ultraman was definitely the one I had the hardest time with. He is dependent on Kryptoniteit makes him strong while the sun hurts him. The exact opposite of Supperman. So if anyone has a better idea for a power that incorporates that some how. And I realize now about adding the glyph and not mentioning his resistance.

KRYPTONITE DEPENDENCY
Start the game with the Glyph of Green Kryptonite on this card. Ultraman may remove the Glyph of Green Kryptonite to heal up to 3 wounds. If Ultraman uses the Glyph of Green Kryptonite, remove it from the game. Ultraman cannot lose this glyph by any means unless using it for this special power. Ultraman does not count as a Kryptonian for the purposes of special powers on any Army Card or Glyph. If the Glyph of Green Kryptonite is not on this card, subtract 1 from Ultraman's attack, defence and move, and, if he is not on a Shadow Space, subtract an additional one from his attack, defence and move, Ultraman may not use any other special powers on this card, and at the end if each round he receives an automatic wound.

Would it make sense to give him a Species that isn't Kryptonian? He wouldn't really count as one for the purposes of most special powers, would he? Something like "Earth-3 Kryptonian" is a bit lengthy, but it would iron out Kryptonite interactions and such. And then the Kryptonite Dependency power could work something like this:

KRYPTONITE DEPENDENCY

This is a little less extreme (just taking away his other special powers instead of nuking his attack and defense as well), since it didn't make sense to me that he had so much riding on holding onto an equipment glyph. It might work thematically, but it seemed swingy to implement.

Alternatively, you could use language more like "cannot be removed from this card by any means" to make the Kryptonite more secure, but keep the attack/defense dropping.

If you took the second approach, you could probably get away with higher base attack/defense than the first approach would allow.

Oh, also, I wrote it so that he can always hold onto Green Kryptonite, regardless of whether it's the one he started the game with, since it's possible for you to bring multiples into a game (Metallo already starts with the glyph on his card).

Also, an idea for replacing Imposing Presence, if you decide not to go in that direction (like the last idea, this one might also call for some attack/defense number-crunching):

KRYPTONIAN ATTACK
When rolling attack dice for a normal attack against a figure that is not a Kryptonian, if at least one skull is rolled, all blanks rolled count as extra skulls.

Okay, here's Blue Devil. I tried to represent him the best I can from what I know of him. The main question I have is which healing should I use. I also found one figure for him on Abprices, but among the three classes, it only had 17 figures. It's the Blue Devil from Collateral Damage.

ACROBATIC MOVEMENT
Blue Devil never takes falling damage and is never attacked when leaving an engagement. After rolling attack dice for a normal attack or after rolling defense dice, for each shield rolled you may immediately move Blue Devil one space up to 6 levels up or down.

LAVA RESISTANT
Blue Devil never rolls for molten lava damage or lava field damage and does not have to stop in molten lava spaces.

Instead of Sound Blast Special Attack why not just recycle the following from Cyborg

CHARGED SONIC CANNON SPECIAL ATTACK
Range Special. Attack 5 + Special.
Choose 3 spaces in a straight line from Cyborg. All figures on and adjacent to those 3 spaces are affected by this special attack. Cyborg is not affected by this special attack. Roll 1 fewer attack die for each space Cyborg moved this turn. Each figure rolls defense dice separately. Symbiotes roll 1 fewer defense die against this special attack.

also I know some had an issue with SENSORY ASSAULT

would you be interested in a modification such as
Sonic Assault
All figures within 2 spaces of Klaw rolls 1 fewer defense die when attacked with Kaw's normal attack.

Sort of plays on the debilitating power of the sonic waves.

Just thoughts.

I kind of like that as it give him more of a defensive ability but then again in a frightful four battle I like Klaw disorienting guys and his teammates getting to take advantage of that...so maybe Keep Sonic Assault and increasing it back to figures within 2 spaces of Klaw...
