I really like these guys--interesting and thematic units, if a little on the slow side. I'm just not sure if Broggat is really worth it though. Even if the Sages give him Bonding potential--he's just another Bullywug with more life, more or less.

@TheAverageFan , did you get the part about their Tongue Grab, Grabbing Large/Huge units to pull themselves to. I didn't specify enemy figure when grabbing, so they can move other figures around, or move themselves to a larger figure, friendly or not. Picture the Bullywugs running up, pulling enemy figures to them, or flying over top their heads stuck to their bigger champion. Or simply getting to move other figures up to them on your team. Glad you like them. Thanks for looking.

Well yeah, but when they're by themselves they're fairly slow. If you could find the right sculpt for it, a Large/Huge Toad hero would be pretty cool for that bonus Tongue Grabbing movement.

LOVE Boromir! Sounds very balanced, concise and clear...and definitely fits the character! Dang...haha now I need to get a Boromir!

Aragorn is good too...but I think there are two issues I have with Heroic Charge special, and one of them is b/c of the lore behind Aragorn.

1)It's way to specific.
To be honest I'm not sure how I would reword it to try and capture what you're going for...but you have to be in a very specific situation for it to ever work. For example, in order to use it I have to be unengaged with Aragorn (but what about the figures next to me? do they have to be unengaged?), I have to have a figure adjacent to him and both (or potentially 3 of them total) of them can move 4 spaces and must be able to become engaged with an opponent. To use this powerful special you'd need Aragorn to act as a sort of Valguard...hopping between engagements. the issue is, you require him to start the turn unengaged. These requirements make it very difficult.
2) It's similar to Boromir's special in that it's calling in units to your aid
This is nice...but I feel like Aragorn deserves a little bit of a more unique special to identify him for who he is and what he stands for. He does a lot of what other LOTR characters do...but the one thing that sets him apart is his power over the army of the dead. I think that would be so cool to have that special! for example...you need a title:
Army of the Dead OR Oathbreakers OR Dead Men of Dunharrow OR Heir of Isildur (my personal favorite)
These are all suitable titles in my opinion. Now lets think of the possibilities. I can think of two ideas right now (more to come I'm sure)
FIRST. You could design the special to have an effect similar to chilling touch or choke in that it's a free roll to do damage. But that almost seems to singular...the army of the dead was a sweeping attack...so
SECONDLY, I think you could do a special for the Army of the dead worded EXACTLY like the Revenants Tome Treasure glyph BUT change out the figure for a whole squad. Basically Aragorn could call upon an entire squad that has been destroyed to come in for one attack and then removed again back off the board. I think the lore would suggest this can only happen once per game...but I like the idea of having 2 or 3 markers to indicate his ability to only use this special a limited number of times, but more than once.

So that's my two cents

Thanks @adoney, I plan on doing a second Aragorn as king Aragorn. These are WIP designs, so I will take any feedback into account. It is much appreciated. I am still trying to work out any kinks on the Heroic Charge on Aragorn. That will come with additional testing. What suggestions would you give on Heroic Charge. Basically the idea is for him to lead a couple of figures into battle and get 1 normal attack each. I'd like it to be a little specific so its not used every turn. King Aragorn is the one that wields the Special sword that holds the dead to their oath. I like those ideas as well.

About Boromir and Aragorn:
Gandalf already has movement bonding. Now you just added two more figures with movement bonding. It seems a little too much relying on bonding.

Boromir looks like a suicide unit--send him up to engage an enemy and bring others forward as he fights until destroyed. I can see good options for strategy there, if that's what you were going for.

Well played, I still need to do a bit of work on Aragorn. Boromir's theme and strategy I like. They are designed to work with Gandalf, so additional testing will be a must, Thanks for your input.
