THE ART OF WAR
When rolling for initiative, add 1 to your roll for each enemy figure within clear sight of Katana, to a maximum of +4. If you win initiative, you may immediately move up to 4 figures you control up to 4 spaces each, ignoring leaving engagement attacks. After moving figures this way, you may choose one figure engaged with both Katana and another figure you control and roll one unblockable attack die against the chosen figure.

DEADLY DOUBLE STRIKE
When attacking an adjacent figure with Katana, all skulls rolled count for one additional hit. When Katana attacks an adjacent figure, she may attack one additional time.

IAIJUTSU STRIKE 14
When an opponent's figure engaged with Katana targets a figure for an attack, you may roll the 20-sided die. Subtract 4 from your roll if the targeting figure has the Master Martial Artist or Swordplay special power. If you roll 14 or higher, the opponent's figure receives 1 wound and its turn immediately ends.

I don't think you'd be able to get Double attack + Deadly Strike in at 170 (with the other powers anyway), that's a lot of offense. But like... not inherently broken or anything.

At the end of each round, if one or more Flaxan Soldiers you control have been destroyed this round, place any remaining Flaxan Soldiers you control in empty spaces in your start zone and place a blue Evolution Marker on this card. Add one to the Attack and Defense numbers on this card for each Evolution Marker placed here, to a maximum of +5. Flaxan Soldiers placed with this power never take leaving engagement attacks.

OUT OF TIME
At the start of each round, roll one unblockable attack die against each Flaxan Soldier you control that does not occupy a space in your start zone.

Hah that's awesome. I'd think I'd want to add to their move as well, so it's easier for them to retreat back to the start zone if they don't teleport back. Otherwise it feels just about perfect. Don't think they'd be competitive, but nothing wrong with that.

Yeah, I'd want to hopefully get their cost low enough that you could spam them and eventually overwhelm the enemy with relentlessness.

I’M THE ORIGINAL
Whenever you reveal a numbered Order Marker on the Army Card of another Mauler Twin figure you control, before using any other special powers on that Army Card, you must immediately roll the 20-sided die, add 4 to your roll if there is a Clone Marker on the card of the Mauler Twin who revealed the Order Marker, and no Clone Marker on this card. If you roll 11 or higher, take an immediate turn with this Mauler Twin instead of the Mauler Twin who revealed the Order Marker. If you roll 20 or higher, take a turn with the other Mauler Twin after taking a turn with this Mauler Twin.

HELLO BROTHER
At the end of the round, if this Mauler Twin has been destroyed and you control another Mauler Twin that is unengaged, return this Mauler Twin into play by placing it on any empty space adjacent to another Mauler Twin you control and place a blue Clone Marker on this card. Subtract one from the Attack and Defense numbers on this card if a Clone Marker is on this card. A Mauler Twin figure with a Clone Marker on its card may not be returned to play with this power.

First power is a bit confusing, especially since 11+ and 20+ can both be true at the same time.

Seems like it should have something capping you at being able to have two of them in your army at once?

Not sure what the theme of the second power is, so a title that describes what's actually happening more could help there.
