I'd argue there are d20 powers that do take control, that Weak-Minded couldn't boost.
RMC pretty much reads as just a 'take control' power with a bit of extra language to resolve the turn interruption, though, so I'm fine with ruling it as Weak-Minded-friendly. |

For the 2nd power we're OK that figures controlled by Reactive Mind Control will take normally the falling damage ? |

Yes, that's intended. Puppet Master can be really nasty on certain maps, even after his reevaluation.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.
