Re: Movies: What did You Watch Last Night?
When the Avengers actors were all on Jimmy Kimmel Live together recently, they got an unexpected call from 'Agent Coulson,' who asked them if they'd come on his TV Show. Some of them were shocked, but Thor and Cap said "Sure, why not?" So we'll see. Both the movie and the recent episode of SHIELD have been referencing each other once again.

Just got done watching Hotel Rwanda.
Man...what a sad and disturbing movie. How can people be so evil. Don Cheadle and Sophie Okonedo were brilliant in this movie. Re: Movies: What did You Watch Last Night?
Just watched The Interview with James Franco and Seth Rogen. Had funny moments but otherwise...ehhh. Long day and my mind was still shot from an exciting come from behind win with the little league team I coach so we weren't looking for anything thought provoking or to serious so this fit the bill for that.
Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those. |

That is an excellent movie. I think it captured the situation very well and showed how evil people really are. |

One of my favorite dramas. Cheadle is top notch.

Age of Ultron with the kids over the weekend. Well worth the price of admission. Lots of good visuals and plenty of worthy character vignettes. Unbelievably rushed though. Like watching a stop motion flower grow. You don't necessarily feel like you missed anything, but you never got to linger on anything.

Re: Movies: What did You Watch Last Night?
I'll really enjoy having a DVD so I can go at my own pace, take breaks, rewind, etc. A long Director's Cut would be fun too! When the first Indiana Jones came out I felt that it was too relentless. This one just avoided that for me, but I'm sure I missed some little things the first time around.

Re: Movies: What did You Watch Last Night?
Yeah, I'd agree with that take, Aldin. I saw it yesterday, enjoyed it, but didn't find it as good as some of the best Marvel movies to date. It was very action heavy, but had some really nice character moments. Overall, though, I feel like it was a lot of great parts that combined to make only a good final product.

Well said Bats. You are right in the fact I cannot point to anything specifically that makes it less than. I can say the story but cannot be more specific nor offer any improvements.
