ASTUTE AVENGER
At the start of the game, place a white Avenger Marker on the card of a friendly Unique Hero. Before rolling for initiative, you may choose an opponent's card. That opponent may remove one unrevealed Order Marker from that card. If they do not, for each Order Marker on that card, you may add 1 to your initiative roll and any 20-sided die rolls made for Beast or friendly figures with Avenger Markers on their cards this round.

MEDICAL ANALYSIS 14
If a friendly figure starts its turn adjacent to Beast, you may roll the 20-sided die. If you roll 14 or higher, remove a Wound Marker from that figure's card.

BEAST AGILITY 14
Beast never takes leaving engagement attacks and rolls one additional die against figures leaving an engagement with him. After moving normally or defending with Beast, you may place him on any empty space within 3 spaces of his current placement that is no more than 14 levels up or down.

I like how you can almost guarantee +1 if you choose the right figure but it won’t be too useful against armies like the Fan 4 who have no use for their X OM.

Yep, sort of some mental interplay/strategy intended there. Some armies will be easier to read than others(Luke Cage paired with Iron Fist for example), whereas others that spread them out might be a bit harder to capitalize on fully, but you're more likely to net a guaranteed +1. Fantastic Four can ditch the X to avoid it, whereas some armies might really want that X thus struggle with it, such as Professor X.

That is kind of neat theme that he knows Prof X well enough to really counter Prof X armies.

Seems everyone is happy with where we're at. Hoping to stay at 210 if possible, to tackle an unrepresented point value in the faction. I'll adjust his attack and/or defense if he's coming in a little strong. Hard to say for sure how much his powers will factor into things given their situational/need to setup nature, but just stats he's around 150.

I propose a vote to move to Initial Playtesting

He's coming in at 230-245 on the calculator to me. Dropping either attack or defense by 1 would subtract 20 on the calculator.
