Well, it doesn't "do that." But gaining red rep is usually an unofficial indicator of impending official action. We just value good grammar and thought-out posts. Do those things and you will find yourself in much better standing with the community.

People have tried to explain to you that your lack of grammar, punctuation, capitalization, etc. are considered bad form around here.

Please clean up your posting style, and please search the site in the future rather than just bursting out with new threads.
