Con of the North

Just got my Con of the North book in the mail. Headed right to the H's in hopes of seeing Heroscape in the listings .... again no Heroscape .

I know there are a lot of Heroscapers up in the Twin Cities, can't some of you get together with the Con of the North folks and work out a time and space for Heroscape during the Con? It would be great draw for them and great for us scapers in the upper midwest.

I know I've talked to a few of you guys and I was in hopes it was going to happen this year. Minnesota is already maxing out the Gamers Reunion Heroscape tourney in Rochester which is just a few miles to your south. I know filling 32 tourney roster would be no problem at all and I am sure you could fill a 64 man tourney without too much effort. We already been getting 35-40 Minnesotans down here in Iowa for a Heroscape tourney.

Con of the North - should have HS there, plus your missing out on a great venue to hold a HS tourney....if I lived 100 miles closer I would probably do it.

Even with out HS at the Con ........... That still leaves 3 days of gaming. It is held up in St. Paul, Minnesota during February 18-20, 2010.

I still think you Minnesota guys are missing an opportunity.

this looks great, not sure how to enter heroscape in here, but it would be a great place to play and maybe we could get a vendor or 2 here! Introduce people to the game.

There will be several vendors there. My point was I thought it would be a good time and excellent place to hold a HS tourney.....maybe next year....I hope someone in the Twin Cites area takes that project on.

OK IT IS A YEAR LATTER .... and I just got my Con of the North book in the mail .... again I look for Heroscape .... only to find it missing from the event schedual yet again .

I'm sure the Con of the North folks would welcome an event that will draw 40 to 50 and maybe more to their Con. I'm not sure I will go up there or not ( February 17 - 19, 2012 at the Holiday Inn St Paul East ) this coming year. I know if Heroscape tourney would be there it would be a no brainer, and I would come for just the HS along.
