Was Mutate ever considered here?
He was created by a vat of chemicals(though his origin is never confirmed) and he has 6 Life where there is resistance to giving a Human 5 Life.

DC’s is Metahuman.

But he doesn’t have powers. Even if we go by the chemical origin, all I’d did was bleach his skin. The 6 life is his crazy willpower.
