Character Bio - Deadshot is a hired assassin and the world's greatest marksman. He'll commit any murder for the right price because of a notorious suicidal death wish. Despite this, he works very hard to protect his estranged ex-wife and daughter. He has been a member of Checkmate, the Killer Elite, the Secret Six and the Suicide Squad.

Yep, the design has already undergone lots of editing and designing and it is great as is.

Not to nitpick, but would:

read better as:

SNIPER TARGETING
If Deadshot does not move this turn, add 3 to his range and 1 automatic skull to his normal attack.

Or even:

SNIPER TARGETING
If Deadshot does not move, add 3 to his range and 1 automatic skull to his normal attack this turn.

This is all nitpicky final editing type stuff, though. I agree that he's ready for an initial!

Yeah, looks good to me!

Not sure if Relentless or Precise makes for a better personality, though. Both reflect an "assassin who always gets the job done" mentality. Worth considering.

I agree, he looks pretty good as is. Nice mix of new powers. Just one question, I know relentless has some synergy but does Outlaw give any synergy benefits at all?

I believe the plan is to eventually design Catman as an Outlaw leader (Outlaw being the class for the Secret Six).
